Please read all policies before booking

Deposits

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your spot. It will go towards your service.

Email Confirmations

Please check your email for more information about your appointment. You will receive an email confirmation.

Grace Period

Everyone receives a 15 minute grace period. After that, your appointment is immediately cancelled and you must reschedule.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a $15 fee will be charged to the card on file. A separate deposit will have to be made to reschedule.

No-Call No-Shows

No-Call no-shows will not be allowed to book with Jax Lashes again. a $15 fee will also be charged to card on file. Please respect my time as I respect yours!

NO GUESTS Please do not bring additional people to your appointment.

Clean Lashes Last Longer

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes.

Your lashes need to be as clean as possible in order to adhere to your natural lash and not to any debris, makeup, or lash strip glue. Get the most out of your appointment by arriving with clean lashes and following through with lash aftercare.
An extra fee of $10 will be charged if a thorough lash cleaning is needed.

Refills

At least 40% of your lashes are required for a refill, otherwise a full set will be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled if time does not permit.
